Empire Landing is conveniently located between two major Interstate highways: Interstate 5 and Interstate Highway 134. The area between these two major highways is home to a dense concentration of major entertainment and media companies. Empire Landing is within walking distance to the area’s Metrolink station (which serves the region) and just a few blocks from the Burbank Bob Hope Airport. Empire Landing is also minutes from the Downtown Business District of Burbank and Town Center and numerous movie studio lots.

Empire Landing is also adjacent (and within walking distance) to the Burbank Empire Center – a 900,000 square foot open air shopping center. A 2-acre park, kid's castle, USA Entertainment Center, and recreation center are also immediately adjacent to the west.
