Empire Landing features a 5,500 square feet private clubhouse for residents which houses the following services and amenities:
Executive Business Center and Conference Room
Residents have access to complimentary use of a 6-seat conference room and high tech computers and large flat screen monitors. Our convenient executive business center also features complimentary WI-Fi.
Resident's Lounge
Residents can catch major sporting events and movies at the lounge with a 60”+ flat screen HD television. The lounge also features a library area to provide residents with games and books. The resident’s lounge is an ideal place to host events given the expansive gourmet kitchen in place and seating area.
Private Fitness Center
The second floor features a state of the art fitness center with a half dozen flat screen televisions for entertainment. On one end, there is a dedicated cardio area equipped with brand new high quality treadmills and elliptical machines. A separate area features a complete set of strength equipment machines and full set of free weights. This private facility will feature Technogym equipment, the top fitness line among 5-star resorts and hotels worldwide, and is exclusive for resident’s use only.
Pool
Empire Landing features a beautiful outdoor pool and Jacuzzi that is surrounded by lush landscaping. A stunning sundeck and stylish lounge chairs create a relaxing environment.
Guard Gated Entry Community
The community is fully gated and residents and their guests will be greeted by a guard upon entry.
Resident Services
A Resident Services staff member will be available to assist residents with a variety of needs such as pick-up and drop off of dry cleaning and laundry service; arrangement of housekeeping, daycare, pet-sitting, and dog walking services; couriers, FedEx, UPS, postal service; assistance in the business center; reservations to restaurants in the area; provide information on airport transport and discounted passes to events and theme parks; and other services. Most importantly, our Resident Services staff member will establish relationships with local vendors and restaurants to provide discounts exclusively for residents.
